CLOS Cloud storage plans and features

CLOS Cloud is where every remote capture lands, in real time, the instant it is shot. It is not a folder you upload to after the session. It is the delivery layer the shoot runs on: photos and video stream into it as they are captured, everyone in the room reviews the real files live, and downloads happen straight from there. This is a plain walkthrough of what CLOS Cloud does, how the storage tiers are sized, and how it keeps a shoot private.

Delivery happens during the shoot, not after

On most remote workflows, capture and delivery are separate steps with a wait in between: shoot now, upload later, share a link tomorrow. CLOS Cloud collapses that gap. Each still and clip uploads the moment it is taken, so the frame an art director is looking at is the actual file, already stored and already downloadable, while the subject is still in position.

For the purposes of storage, the important consequence is that there is no manual handoff at the end. Nothing has to be transferred off a card or zipped and emailed. The shoot ends and the files are already where everyone needs them.

Three ways to download

CLOS Cloud gives you three download modes so you can take exactly what the next step needs:

• Single file — pull one hero frame on its own, useful when a client just needs the one approved shot right away.
• Selection — hand-pick a curated set and download only those, which suits sending finals to a retoucher without the outtakes.
• ZIP of the whole shoot — package the entire session into a single archive when you want everything in one go.

The point is flexibility. A quick social deliverable and a full editorial archive are different jobs, and forcing both through the same “download everything” button wastes time on one end or the other.

Storage tiers, from 1 GB to 1 TB

Storage scales with how much you shoot and in what format. The tiers are straightforward:

• Free — $0, 1 GB. Enough to run a real session and see the full workflow end to end.
• Pro — from $7.99 per month, 5 GB. The entry Pro tier, which also unlocks RAW capture and the manual camera controls.
• Pro — 50 GB and 1 TB. Larger Pro tiers for teams shooting heavier formats or running frequent sessions.

Heavier formats eat space quickly. RAW capture (a Pro feature) and ProRes (an Enterprise feature) are far larger than JPG, so teams shooting editorial stills or video tend to size up. The pricing page lists the current tiers and what each one includes, so you can match the plan to the volume you actually produce rather than guessing.

Non-expiring albums on Pro

A finished campaign is not finished when the shoot ends. Clients come back for the finals weeks or months later, and a link that has quietly expired is a real problem. Pro plans include non-expiring cloud albums, so delivered work stays accessible for the long term instead of aging out on a timer. For a working studio, that turns CLOS Cloud from a transfer tool into a durable archive of client deliverables.

Encryption, access control, and Enterprise

Privacy is built in rather than bolted on. All transfers are end-to-end encrypted, and every session is access-controlled, so only the people you invite can join the room or see the captures. That covers the large majority of shoots without any extra setup.

Teams with stricter data-handling requirements can go further. Enterprise runs on dedicated servers and comes with a data processing agreement (DPA), which is what a brand’s legal or security team usually asks for before sensitive campaign material moves through a third-party platform. It is the same real-time delivery and the same download modes, on infrastructure and terms sized for organizations that need them.
